THE DRIVEWAY — Delivering packages sometimes isn't for the faint of heart, as this one driver recently found out.
The unsuspecting deliveryman pulls into the driveway of what appears to be a rural home in Anywhere, U.S.A., only to be quickly tracked down by the home's four-legged defensive specialist, Chase, as one can see in this video that Kerstin Goff sent to ViralHog.
Chase was there excitedly to "greet him," Goff told the video outlet, but he also left the man scrambling for safety.
To the deliveryman's credit, he's got elite recreation time, immediately jumping onto the roof of his car to evade the curious canine, while still making sure the package reaches its intended target unscathed.
He and others in the vehicle appear to laugh off the scary incident afterward.
The U.S. Postal Service famously says it'll complete its rounds regardless of daylight or weather, but it's unclear if its employees have lived to tell the tale of Chase as this driver did.
