THE TRAIN STATION — How do monkeys stay so limber and graceful? How are they able to leap from tree to tree, making it all look so easy?

Turns out, they have a strict workout that keeps them in tip-top shape. I only know this because I saw a video of monkeys training in Sri Lanka. Using nothing but a water tank and their natural athleticism, they're able to condition their bodies for anything that the forest might throw at them.

See for yourself in this little clip:

According to the video's caption, these monkeys were gathered at the Anuradhapura railway station in Sri Lanka. And, the more I think about it, maybe this isn't part of some workout routine.

Perhaps these monkeys are preparing for an MMA fight. You have to admit that their flying kicks are pretty impressive.

The last option, I suppose, is that monkeys just like to find ways to entertain themselves on a hot summer day. If I were waiting for a train at that station and had these monkeys' abilities, I'd probably be doing the exact same thing to help pass the time.
