High School: Four-star recruit out of Corner Canyon HS, ranking as the No. 3 recruit in the state of Utah and the No. 21 quarterback nationally on 247Sports.

• Named Mr. Football by the Deseret News in 2023.
• Two-time first-team All-State selection.
• Invited to the Polynesian Bowl and the Elite 11 Finals.
• Led Corner Canyon to a state title in 2023 with the Chargers going 13-1.
• Threw for 1,236 yards and 12 touchdowns in four playoff wins as a senior, also throwing for 255 yards (2 TD) and rushed for 192 yards (3 TD) in the championship game.
• Broke the Utah state record for total offense in a season in 2023 (5,901).
• Had 3,774 passing yards and 40 touchdowns his junior year, also rushing for 695 yards and five more touchdowns.
• Brother, Zach, played quarterback at BYU and is currently playing for the New York Jets.
