WEST VALLEY CITY — A 15-year-old boy is dead after being found with gunshot wounds inside a crashed car Friday morning.
Officers responded around 12 a.m. to reports of shots fired in Caesar Circle (3880 South) near 1300 West. Upon arrival, officers found a car crashed into a brick wall and a boy inside with gunshot wounds, said West Valley Police Sgt. Andrew Geyerman.
Lifesaving measures were attempted, but the 15-year-old was pronounced dead at the hospital. Police said investigators were working to figure out what happened in this overnight homicide, but no suspect has been identified yet.
The family has identified the victim as Francisco Jesus Cuena.

His name is Francisco Jesus Cuena.
He was 15-years-old.
