In sickness and in health: 28 years later, Jay and Sara Hill navigating life's 'ruts' together

PROVO — Jay and Sara Hill have been together for 28 years — nearly three decades of helping each other through happy and hard times.

For Sara, it was cancer. For Jay, it was a heart attack nearly two months ago.
