SOUTH SALT LAKE — One person died and another was taken to the hospital Sunday night after a single-car crash on northbound I-15 in South Salt Lake.
Both occupants of a vehicle were ejected in the crash, police said.
The condition of the injured person was not immediately made available.
The crash occurred on I-15 just past the 3300 South bridge. Police said the vehicle rolled off the right side of the freeway, coming to a rest between I-15 and the on-ramp.
The north I-15 on-ramp will likely stay closed for the next few hours, police said.
