MINNEAPOLIS — Wisconsin has been a dominant program in the small world of college women's hockey. This bunch of Badgers might be the best of all as they approach their 16th appearance in the Women's Frozen Four in the last 19 editions. The highest-scoring team in the country and the hardest to score against is seeking a record eighth national title. The Badgers even have all three finalists for the Patty Kazmaier Award that goes to the nation's best player. Wisconsin must face rival Minnesota in the semifinals on the Gophers' home ice. Ohio State plays Cornell in the other semifinal matchup.
