SALT LAKE CITY — After missing a bowl game for the first time since 2013, change was inevitable for Utah football.
As a result, Utah's roster has and will continue to undergo changes over the coming days. Players can and have already announced their desire to enter the NCAA transfer portal before but cannot commit to a program until after Dec. 9.
The portal will remain open until Dec. 28, at which point no new players may enter until the spring (April 16-25), but the program can continue to accept players after that date.
Add that to the mix of high school recruits that were signed as part of the NCAA's early signing day period and there will be several new faces across the 2025 roster. To help with all the changes, we've compiled all the changes (as represented below).
One note: Freshman quarterback Issac Wilson had previously entered his name into the transfer portal before announcing eight days later that he was returning to Utah, adding to the team's depth at the position.
This article will continue to update as changes become known. If you can't see the graphics below, click on the corresponding link below.
Here's a look at where Utah stands going into the 2024 season.
Note: If a current player on Utah's roster is not listed, either he has not declared his intent to transfer or did not take part in senior day activities. There still may be players declare for the NFL draft that did not walk on senior day, but we'll assume they're on Utah's roster unless that changes.
