PROVO — Class of 2026 five-star tight end Brock Harris was back in Provo for BYU's home win over Arizona.
Just like how many Cougars fans became more impressed with the team, Harris became more impressed with the staff.
"The atmosphere and the love that the staff showed me was awesome," Harris said.
Harris has been attending camps at BYU since he was in middle school. Not only is it a campus and a school he is very familiar with, but he's also very close with the staff as a whole.
The junior tight end made sure to catch up with the coaches he's known for so long, especially tight ends coach Kevin Gillbride, along with head coach Kalani Sitake.
After the game, Harris met with Sitake in his office, where they were able to catch up. But Sitake made sure to continue to let Harris know how much of a priority he is to the staff and the program.
"That was really cool, because he made time for me right after a big win," Harris said.
Harris said there's a good chance he'll be back in Provo for a game this season. The highly-ranked tight end will also consider Utah, Oregon, Ohio State and Michigan in his recruitment.
