SALT LAKE CITY — It's January in Utah, which often means snow, cold and (usually) inversion. But it also means Utah becomes a top destination for filmmakers and movie stars alike as they descend on Park City to take part in the annual Sundance Film Festival.
This year's festival marks the first time in two years that the film industry has been able to gather in person to celebrate the work of mainly the up-and-coming — and sometimes well-established — moviemakers. The festival was held virtually in 2021 and 2022, due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
But with Sundance back in all its red carpet glory this year, KSL.com is back with the traditional stars of Sundance photo gallery. Click on the photo gallery below to check out the who's who of Hollywood to stop in Utah's majestic mountains to promote (and watch) a film or two.
Are you headed to Sundance this year, too? Send photos of your celebrity encounters to kslweb@deseretdigital.com or use the iWitness feature below.
