SINGAPORE, Oct 10 — Red Bull's polesitter Max Verstappen won a chaotic Singapore Grand ‌Prix sprint on Saturday after the start was delayed by over 30 minutes ‌due to ‌heavy rain while nine cars retired, a record for sprint races.
