April 15 — Live Nation illegally monopolized ticketing markets, a New York federal jury found Wednesday, Bloomberg News reported.
Following a six-week trial, the jury found that Live Nation illegally monopolized the market for ticketing services, concert ticketing and the use of amphitheaters and popular outdoor concert venues, according to the report.
Shares of the company were down 3% in afternoon trading following the report.
Live Nation did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment.
