You are cordially invited to Freeze the Gorge on March 14, a polar-plunge style showdown for anyone bold enough to swap comfort for bragging rights and a story to tell.
Beginning at Cedar Springs Marina, participants can help raise money for charity and embrace the cold as they plunge into the icy waters.
Warming and changing tents will be provided, along with s'mores, hot chocolate, music and fun!
Stargazing
When the sun goes down, the real show begins in Flaming Gorge.
With minimal light pollution, the night sky comes alive with thousands of visible stars and strikingly clear views of the Milky Way.
The scenery is so impressive that the U.S. Department of the Interior named Flaming Gorge one of its 16 Awesome Public Lands for Stargazing, making it an easy highlight of any weekend getaway.
Camping
If you're looking to unplug, camping in Flaming Gorge offers a natural reset.
