SCIPIO, Millard County — Three people were injured in a head-on collision on I-15 in Millard County on Wednesday.
About 6 miles south of Scipio, a Tesla was reported to be driving recklessly about 7:30 p.m. and driving north in the southbound lanes, Utah Highway Patrol Lt. Cameron Roden said. The Tesla sideswiped a semitrailer then collided into an SUV, which rolled off the side of the road.
The Tesla driver and two of the SUV occupants were transported to a hospital in "serious to critical" conditions, Roden said.
