GENOA, Italy — A first-half brace from Fabio Miretti has given Genoa a 2-1 win over Lecce in Serie A. Miretti scored two fantastic goals, the first a volley after 16 minutes, the second a low shot in first half stoppage time after he created space in the box. Nikola Krstović got Lecce's goal from the penalty spot midway through the second half. Lecce remains 16th, just two points ahead of the relegation zone. Genoa is 12th.
