BEAVER — Capturing the charm of Beaver County has earned a Utah film company the esteemed Davey Award in the Travel & Tourism category for its promotional videos.

George Bruce Wilson, filmmaker and owner of Three Peak Films, told St. George News that he enjoyed working with Ramblers, Beaver County Tourism's branded name.

"Capturing the beauty in Beaver County is easy once you put yourself in the right places," Wilson said. "This place is one of the last places that hasn't been overexposed on social media. It's still remote and just as stunning as any of the other more traditional tourist spots in Utah."

Wilson added that he hopes the area won't get too popular. He has noticed on social media that exposing beautiful areas has environmental impacts.
