MINNEAPOLIS — Minnesota quarterback Max Brosmer is making the most of his lone Big Ten season after transferring from New Hampshire. They fit well with Minnesota because of an attitude of gratitude for the benefits of being in a big-time program after playing without many perks in the FCS. Gophers cornerbacks Jack Henderson and Ethan Robinson also came from FCS programs. Other Big Ten teams are finding those hidden gems, too.
