WISCONSIN — I have a 2-year-old son who is always in motion. Like, always in motion. And if something ever comes up where sitting quietly would be appropriate, he somehow manages to take his energy to the next level. He jumps. He zooms. He flips.

Mealtime is when my son really turns on the jets. We'll all be sitting around the table enjoying tacos while he sprints past us, bounces off a wall and then veers into the next room.

Some of my friends with toddlers also have to deal with the zoomies. And the mama deer in this video is clearly in the thick of it.

I love this fawn's enthusiasm. It's basically just a furry version of a human toddler, as you can easily imagine the doe is a human mom waiting in line at the grocery store while her toddler zooms around with reckless abandon. Sound familiar?

The only good news for the doe in this video is that her fawn will probably be exhausted by bedtime. It'll (hopefully) fall asleep quickly so she has time to check her socials and watch an episode of "Friends."
