ST. GEORGE — Ali Mulhall hears "wow" a lot these days.
Two years ago, the now 18 year old won the U.S. women's long drive championship, crushing the ball 350 yards.
"It's a lifelong sport," Mulhall said. "I mean, my whole family does it; it's where I spend time with them. And I just love the competitiveness and everything about it."
Ali, who now calls Utah home, has played the game since she was 3 years old, but her next goal is the LPGA Tour.
"She crushes it," said Black Desert manager partner Patrick Manning. "She can hit the ball 350 yards, and at the same time her short game is really coming along to where she matches that up with the drive. The sky's the limit. I mean, literally, I wasn't being facetious when I said she could be the best golfer in the world."
