Carson Su'esu'e, ATH, Granger HS (Salt Lake City)
A 6-foot-5, 200-pound athlete from Concord, California, Su'esu'e transferred to Granger when his family moved to Utah before his senior year of high school, before he committed July 5 to the Cougars. The dual-threat athlete is a three-star recruit and the 16th-ranked prospect in the state of Utah by 247Sports.
A two-year varsity player at De La Salle, Su'esu'e completed 60% of his passes for 766 yards and seven touchdowns with just one interception as a junior, and added 155 yards and seven scores on the ground for the Spartans.
Su'esu'e chose the Cougars over offers from Tennessee, Pitt, Utah and Utah State, among others. He plans to serve a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints prior to enrolling at BYU.
