There are a million — literally — clips on YouTube that focus on the pop star Rihanna.

But there aren't many that show her getting help with her confidence from 7-year-old Miles, a star from the web series "Recess Therapy."

Social media rumors claim that "Riri" herself asked to be on "Recess Therapy" and specifically asked to meet and speak with Miles. Can you imagine being 5 years old, and one of the biggest stars in the world wants to speak to YOU?!

Miles did not have to imagine it. He lived it. And as this video shows, he knew who she was but did not hyperventilate or anything when he met her, which may have been a good thing for him and Rihanna.

And his lessons on confidence clearly resonated with Rihanna, and maybe they will with you, too.

For those of you who don't know about the genesis of this show, here you go: In 2021, Julian Shapiro-Barnum started interviewing children aged 2 to 9 years old in New York City (with parental permission, of course). He began posting the interviews to his Instagram and YouTube accounts — again with parental permission — and in time, "Recess Therapy" was born.

Just knowing that Shapiro-Barnum talks with kids about whether it is ever OK to lie (the overwhelming answer was "no," although the kids said they still do it); the meaning of love; and when people should get married (50 years old was the winner) is interesting in itself.

But once the celebrities showed up, the comedy really ensued because these kids couldn't have cared less.

Captain America's Chris Evans, J.K. Simmons, "Stranger Things" star Millie Bobby Brown, and even Paul McCartney sat with these youngsters, asking them questions, as well, about life and love. They also had to take a step back sometimes to process the philosophical genius of these younger New Yorkers.

No shade to any of the above celebrities, but no episode was as enlightening and funny as the one with Miles, a 7-year-old New Yorker, and Rihanna.

But check out "Recess Therapy" and see!
