Barry Donald Chalmers, 47, was booked into Iron County Jail on Nov. 11 on suspicion of obstructing justice and possession of a firearm by a restricted person, both third-degree felonies, as well as misdemeanor charges related to reckless driving, reckless endangerment and making threats.
