SIGURD, Sevier County — Troopers have identified a Utah man killed in a crash on Dec. 11 near the intersection of state Route 24 and state Route 259 in Sevier County.

A Nissan Pathfinder was traveling west on S.R. 24 and was preparing to turn onto S.R. 259 northbound about 9 p.m. when the accident occurred.

"The driver of the Nissan Pathfinder began to execute the turn onto (S.R. 259) and failed to notice a gold Nissan Sentra eastbound through the intersection. The left front of both vehicles collided," the Utah Highway Patrol said.
