A 31-year-old man was arrested Friday, after police say he hit a woman with his car outside a popular cafe by Liberty Park. The woman told police she was standing in the parking spot, saving it for nearby family.

The National Transportation Safety Board has opened a safety investigation into the fiery multi-vehicle crash Friday in the Green River Tunnels in Wyoming that left two people dead and an unknown number injured.
