SALT LAKE CITY — Many people struggle silently with mental health challenges because they're unsure where to turn for help. Intermountain Health is making it easier for families across Utah.

Dr. Will Novey is a psychiatrist and medical director of psychiatric services for Intermountain Health. He shared why mental health can still be such a tough topic to talk about. He also explained the best ways to bring up how we're feeling to others, or how can we talk with friends and family who may be struggling. For more information, visit intermountainhealth.org.
