Red Bull has dismissed the appeal of an employee who accused the head of the company's Formula 1 team of inappropriate conduct. The complaint against Christian Horner was found to be without merit when initially investigated earlier this year. The employee had the right to appeal. Red Bull said both the initial complaint and appeal were investigated by separate, but independent, counsels. Red Bull did not address the employee's status with the team. The employee was suspended in March.
