Mascot saves fan

This mascot just saved a little boy from a potentially dangerous foul ball. Albert the Gator saw the foul ball coming and put himself between him and the unsuspecting child.

Rare triple play

Speaking of college baseball, we saw something this week that you don't see very often: a 7-2-6 triple play.

There's only been one of those in MLB history, in 1923 in a game between the Phillies and Pirates. So it's an impressive feat Kentucky pulled.

Chris Wondolowski is the owner of perhaps the most famous missed shot in U.S. soccer history:
