TENDER HEART TREASURES — What's the best Christmas gift you've ever received? Was it a childhood toy? Maybe some coveted technology during your teenage years? Or was it something that came from the love of your life when you were older?

For me, the greatest gift of all time was the Fisher Price Alpha Star. The year was 1983, and all the kids were clambering for this epic toy. Not only did this space rover come with an astronaut and an alien, but it could drive around your house like it was on a real space mission. I played with my Alpha Star on a daily basis. When the next Christmas rolled around, I honestly wasn't even that excited about new toys. Why would I be? I already owned the coolest toy on the planet.

As incredible as that Alpha Star was, I have to give credit where it's due. The gift in this video is truly one of the greatest of all time.

I have no idea how long this sweet dad waited in the box. But, after his deployment, it probably was no big deal. He's just a loving parent who wanted to be there for his kids.
