IVINS, Washington County — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teen who they believe is endangered.

McKenzie Scholzen, 17, was last seen about 10 p.m. Monday and left without medication that she needs, according to a post by the Santa Clara-Ivins Police Department. Police added Scholzen left without any extra clothes and doesn’t have an ID or driver’s license.

She is described as 5 feet tall and 130 pounds and has blonde hair.

Anyone who has seen Scholzen or has information about her whereabouts is encouraged to call the Santa Clara-Ivins Police Department at 435-652-1122 or Washington County Dispatch at 435-634-5730.
