THE NEWSROOM — Welcome to the return of KSL.com’s weekly Fake News Quiz!

We took a midsummer break for the last couple weeks on this regular feature, but now we’re back and ready to fight the spread of disinformation stronger than ever.

Even though this quiz took a hiatus, the news didn’t. President Donald Trump has announced his pick to replace Justice Anthony Kennedy on the Supreme Court.

Locally, wildfires continue to rage across the state of Utah, and flooding has wreaked havoc across a number of areas in the southern part of the state.

As always, continue honing your newshound skills by taking our quiz.

In the quiz, you’ll see a headline and several paragraphs of a news story, or a quote from a public figure that is either accurate or inaccurate. You’ll be asked to choose whether the information you read is real or fake.

Good luck! If you can’t see the quiz below, click this link to take it.
