Weber State wins 4th straight, beats Southern Utah 90-80

CEDAR CITY, Utah (AP) — Jerrick Harding and Dusty Baker each scored 21 points and Weber State extended its winning streak to four with a 90-80 win at Southern Utah on Thursday night.

The Wildcats remain in second place in the Big Sky Conference, two games back of unbeaten conference leader Montana and one game up on both Idaho and Eastern Washington.

Southern Utah got within five points after Jamal Aytes turned a three-point play with :44 left in the game. Baker hit four free throws and Weber State was 8-for-8 from the line to close it out.

Baker was 3-for-3 from beyond the arc and 10-for-10 from the line for Weber State (14-7, 7-2). Ryan Richardson and Zach Braxton each added 16 points and Braxton pulled down 10 boards.

Aytes finished with 20 points to lead the Thunderbirds (8-13, 2-8). Christian Musoko added 15 points and James McGee contributed 12.
