THE TRAIL — You know the phrase, “just like riding a bike," right? That means something completely different to young Sophie and Lyon.

The two Utah 8-year-olds are mountain biking pros. Total shredders. They make riding tough terrain look easy (it’s not 😅).

The kids recently visited Whistler Mountain Bike Park in Canada and rode A-Line, the world’s most popular mountain biking trail. And when I say “rode,” I mean *absolutely crushed.*

This video shows Mo and Hannah, of Awesome MTB, riding the trail behind the kids and cheering them on as they go up and downhill, make sharp turns and land dirt jumps like it’s nobody’s business.

Mo then gives the camera to Sophie, as she rides behind Lyon. The kids, once again, crush the trail and even the difficult “technical section,” in which I crashed and fell at least seven times in my head.

My favorite part of this video is Sophie’s commentary anytime she and Lyon flawlessly land a jump. The view's not bad either, if you like an adrenaline rush.

There’s no doubt these kids have got a bright future ahead of them. Watch the video above and get inspired by their ride.
