The Utah State football team coughed up the ball five times and lacked the offensive consistency it needed in a 28-23 loss against Wyoming Saturday afternoon in Logan.

Utah State junior quarterback DJ Nelson scored his second touchdown in as many weeks, giving the Aggies a 23-16 lead early in the fourth quarter, but Wyoming scored the final 12 points to stun the hosts on Homecoming, 28-23, in front of 22,234 fans Saturday afternoon on Merlin Olsen Field at Maverik Stadium.
