The five-star recruit is adjusting to college life while learning the playbook for the No. 11 Ducks, who open the season against No. 16 Auburn.

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Restoring confidence was one of the main goals for new Southern California offensive coordinator Graham Harrell. Based on the reactions from his quarterbacks after the first depth chart at the position was released, with sophomore J.T. Daniels keeping the starting position, Harrell looks to have succeeded in that aim.
