5:20 p.m.
The chairman of the House Judiciary Committee has subpoenaed former White House Counsel Don McGahn for testimony following the release of the report from special counsel Robert Mueller.
Rep. Jerrold Nadler of New York announced Monday that he is compelling McGahn to testify before the panel and provide documents.
Nadler says in a statement that McGahn is a "critical witness" about whether Trump obstructed justice in incidents described in the Mueller report.
Nadler has subpoenaed the Justice Department for the full, unredacted report and said Sunday he was adding McGahn to the list of people he would call to testify before his committee, along with Mueller and Attorney General William Barr.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is urging divided fellow Democrats to focus on fact-finding rather than leaping to talk of impeachment to hold President Donald Trump accountable for the "highly unethical and unscrupulous behavior" described in special counsel Robert Mueller's report.
Pelosi acknowledges in a letter to rank-and-file Democrats that the party's officeholders have a range of views on how to proceed. But she is counseling them to go after facts, not resort to "passion or prejudice" in the intense run-up to the 2020 presidential and congressional elections.
Either way, Trump insists he isn't worried, "not even a little bit," about impeachment.
However, his many tweets seeking to undermine the report's credibility — even calling it "bullshit" — indicate he is hardly shrugging it aside.
