RIVERDALE — A Weber County man who was reported missing Tuesday has been found, authorities said.

A Silver Alert was activated about 1 p.m. for Tobias Albert Gallegos, 62, who was last seen on Sunday. He was found and returned home safely to his family by 3:30 p.m., officials said.

No further details about where Gallegos was found were provided.

Gallegos was last seen leaving Stoney Brooke Assisted Living, 4390 S. 700 West, about noon Sunday. According to the Utah Department of Public Safety, Gallegos uses a motorized wheelchair and they were concerned because he missed a dialysis appointment.
