SALT LAKE CITY — Police are asking for the public's help in locating a man who went missing last week and may be in danger.

Reynolds was driving a white 1986 Dodge D-150 pickup truck with Utah license plate number E098DD, according to officials. He entered Main Street/state Route 6 in Goshen and drove east, the news release said. He was the only person in the vehicle.
Authorities said Reynolds suffers from memory loss and left his home without prescriptions for several medical conditions.
