CENTERVILLE — A motorcyclist suffered a non-life-threatening head injury after losing control of his bike on Wednesday evening, according to police.
The crash took place at the intersection of Parrish Lane and Marketplace Drive about 5:30 p.m., according to a tweet from the Centerville Police Department.
The male motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet and was taken to a hospital in an ambulance, police said. His injuries have been determined to not be life-threatening, according to Centerville Police Sgt. Will Barnes, though further information as to the extent of the head injury has not been released.

The intersection has since been cleared and is no longer resulting in any traffic delays. Further information about the crash was not immediately available.
