SOUTH SALT LAKE — Police are asking for the public’s help locating a couple last seen Wednesday.

Molly Bock and Ryan Boken, each 27, are missing, South Salt Lake detective Gary Keller said. He added police are concerned because the circumstance of their disappearance “seem questionable” because neither are likely to not communicate with the family and both of their cars were displaced.

South Salt Lake police located what appeared to be Bock's black Subaru Outback on Friday, according to KSL TV. They towed the vehicle and are conducting further investigations.

Kendra Szabo, a friend of the missing couple, told KSL TV, "Molly and I met at our first class in our first day of college back in 2010 and we've been inseparable ever since." She added that this behavior is "very alarming to me."

The couple's 40-pound black-and-white pit bull is also missing, police said. Boken's phone is gone and turned off.

Even more odd is what was left at home, according to Szabo. She told KSL TV that Bock's, "purse, her cell phone, her daily medications, her toothbrush, her makeup bags, her phone charger, all that was left at the house."

Police are hunting for more information but haven't been able to find much yet. Their investigation will continue, and in the meantime, both police and Bock's family are asking for any help the public can give.

"Right now, we have nothing and it's getting to be a mystery," Keller said.

Bock is described as white, 6-feet, 130 pounds with chest-length dark brown hair and brown eyes. She has a nostril and septum piercings and tattoos on her arms, hips, rib cage and feet.

Boken is described as white, 6-foot-2, 150 pounds with short lighter brown hair and brown eyes. He also has tattoos on his arms. Boken's vehicle is a silver or gray 2016 Toyota Rav4 with the license plate #W43-8ML.

Anyone with information about Bock or Boken’s whereabouts is encouraged to call South Salt Lake police at 801-840-4000.
