TWIN FALLS, Idaho (AP) — A 52-year-old south-central Idaho man who raped a 15-year-old boy he met on Craigslist has been sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Tod Weber of Twin Falls received the sentence on Monday in 5th District Court and must serve 10 years before becoming eligible for parole.

The Times-News reports that a jury convicted Weber in August of rape under a charge that applies when the victim is younger than 16 and the perpetrator is 18 or older.

Weber at the sentencing hearing said he met with the boy after the boy responded to a personal ad Weber posted on Craigslist, but he didn't sexually assault the boy.
