ST. GEORGE — All charges against a Washington City man accused of illegally selling his employer’s vehicles have been dismissed.
Jacob Brann was originally charged in February with a dozen counts of theft by receiving stolen property. His employer, an auto group based in Las Vegas, accused him of selling several vehicles in Southern Utah without the company’s knowledge or authorization.
However, Brann explained to authorities he was working on behalf of the auto group and was trying to recover the cars from the local dealerships because they never paid for them.
