THE LAND OF LONELY HEARTS — Imagine you find yourself in the following scenario: your girlfriend/boyfriend has broken up with you right before a planned trip to Japan. Your heart is broken and you have two tickets to the Far East. What do you do?

You could try to convince the airline to reimburse the tickets, but you'd have a better chance at convincing a crocodile to snuggle with you on the couch. You could try to sell the trip to some friends, but let's be honest, they're all too cheap to help you out.

The best option is taking your dad on the trip and making a music video of you singing your heart out to ABBA to make the sadness disappear.

This last solution is exactly what Austin Weber did after his girlfriend called it quits on their relationship before their trip to Japan. What the heartbreak and expensive airline tickets resulted in is my new favorite thing on the internet. It's strange, hastily made and absolutely hilarious.

Yesterday's Have You Seen This?

Take note of the people around Weber as they hear this foreigner belting out "Mamma Mia" in the middle of a river or dancing down the sidewalk. Keep in mind that with his headphones in, passersby can't hear the music, they just hear Weber's surprisingly good voice.

The highlight of the video, however, is the moment you can see Weber's dad, John, holding up the phone to fulfill his son's incredibly bizarre request to make this music video. But when you get a paid trip to Japan, you put up with a few weird things.

While this video is odd and may not be as funny to some as it is to me, I think we can all appreciate the amazing memories this father and son made in Japan while making strides to overcome a breakup.

Thanks, Webers, you made my week with this video.
