SALT LAKE CITY — If you aren’t up for cooking a full-on Thanksgiving meal, several restaurants around Utah are staying open to save you the trouble.

Most restaurants and fast-food chains close on Thanksgiving Day, slimming down the options for those wanting to eat out on Turkey Day. Restaurants that do stay open typically fill up with reservations quickly, so make sure to call ahead to solidify your meal plans.

Here are some local restaurants that will be open on Thanksgiving Day:

Buca di Beppo

The family-style Italian restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. at both Utah locations on Thursday. Along with its normal menu, the restaurant will offer a Thanksgiving feast complete with turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie.

Caffe Niche

The Salt Lake City restaurant will be open from 1-6 p.m. for a special Thanksgiving meal. The holiday menu will feature foods like roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, apple stuffing and mushroom gravy. The dinner costs $45 per adult and $20 per child.

Finca

A Thanksgiving Day buffet will be offered at Finca from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday. Finca will offer a meat carving station and omelet station. You can find the full event menu here.

The buffet costs $45 for adults, $22.50 for children 5-12, and is free for children 4 and under.

Franck’s Restaurant

The Holladay restaurant will offer a four-course Thanksgiving menu from 12-6 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Some of the offerings include carmelized turkey steak, fried cauliflower-kimchi and coconut emulsion and bread-and-butter shrimp pickles.

The dinner is $60 per person for adults and $30 for children 12 and younger.

Hub and Spoke Diner

Hub and Spoke Diner will be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. The restaurant will offer a Thanksgiving-themed menu and a condensed version of its usual menu.

Lucky H Bar and Grille

A special buffet will be offered from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday. Entrees include roast turkey and poached stuffed salmon.

Prices for the buffet are $34 for adults and $19 for children under 10.

No Name Saloon

The Park City eatery will be open on Thursday with a free Thanksgiving buffet. The dinner begins at 2 p.m. and will be first come, first served until they are out of food.

You must be 21 or older to dine at No Name Saloon.

Oregano Italian Kitchen

The Provo restaurant will offer a Thanksgiving Day buffet from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. It costs $29 for adults, $15 for kids ages 8-12, $9 for kids ages 4-7, and 3 and under is free.

Tucanos

Tucanos is offering a traditional Thanksgiving meal, as well as its famous churrasco from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m at both Utah locations. Choices include turkey, all-you-can-eat center-cut sirloin, candied yams or pumpkin pie. The restaurant also offers the Thanksgiving-Feast-To-Go for pickup or delivery.

The meal is $29.95 for adults, $11.95 for children ages 7-12, and free for children under 7.

Oasis Cafe

The Salt Lake City eatery will be open Thanksgiving Day for its usual brunch from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Selections include entrees like huevos rancheros, toasted brie sandwich or grilled salmon. Most entrees are $9 to $12.
